Capacity Building

     Capacity building is a core pillar of Helix Praxis’s work. We design and deliver tailored programs for researchers, research managers, and innovation leaders across the MENA region, responding to different levels of institutional maturity. Topics typically include research strategy, publishing and peer review, research assessment, industry engagement, intellectual property, and innovation governance.

Our programs are informed by global experience in higher education   systems, particularly in Europe and the UK, while being grounded in regional   realities such as rapid system expansion, evolving promotion criteria, and   national innovation agendas. The emphasis is on practical skills,   institutional learning, and sustainable capability development.
